Call Kristen Crabtree at 866-752-1163 x177 or email her at kcrabtree@naaleads.com letting her know you wish to activate your KIT® account. She will activate your account and password. Your password must be at least six characters, including at least one numeral and contain no capitalization. Once your account is activated go to www.kitmarketing.com and login. Your user id will be your NAA® number, the password will be the one Kristen activated for you. To have your password reset, submit a support request and send your NAA® number and what you want your password to be.
All of your applicants are uploaded into KIT®. When your apps are turned into NAA® and keyed into the database, we take that information and upload it to KIT Marketing®. When you sign into the KIT® website, check "Home" page to see if you have contacts waiting there to import. You have the ability from there to upload approved applicants to your client database and all other contacts to your friends and family database. No typing required!
Clients, friends & family, prospects and recruits can receive the same monthly letter.
Contacts that have been uploaded to the client database will receive a welcome letter in addition to the montly letter the month after becoming a client.
There are custom letters in the KIT® library addressing various mailing groups.
There is a price sheet located on the Home page of the KIT® website. The prices are tiered, so the more you mail, the less the price. There is a low management fee that is charged monthly and that fee is tiered the same way.
Standard Mail Program members have the ability to start and stop their mailings as they wish. Preferred and Premium members have a yearly fee that requires prepayment. Those members can mail as long as there are funds available in their account.
You don’t have to mail to clients only. You can mail to your friends, family, church members, and neighbors. You would be surprised of the people that don’t know what you do and your products that you offer.
How many times did you try? Your mailing must go out like clock work every month. You need to keep constant communication with old and new clients. They will remember your name and face when someone else needs a referral.
You can upload your picture under "My Profile" within the Mailing Program. Download the the Signature Scanning Form to mail your signature to KIT Marketing® and it will be uploaded for you.

Yes, Excel and Outlook. The files have to be saved as a .csv (comma seperated values) file to upload. Contact Toni and she will forward instructions via email.
This is one of the ways we keep the price so low; we have no back-end accounting. This is actually standard in the mailing industry. You do realize that our price is about a third to a fifth of the going rate of the same product. If we gave terms there would be a percentage of folks that just don't pay their bill. You'd have to absorb that loss with our increased prices. Everyone pays in advance.
Check your "Mailing Stats" on the "Home" page of KIT®. The "Mailing Stats" tells you how many you're going to mail, which group (clients or friends & family) you're mailing to, and how much the anticipated dollar amount will be.
You set Auto draft up so that you won't have to go into KIT® and fund your account every month. Auto draft is giving us permission to draft a certain amount from your account each month for mailing. Example: Your mailing cost is $39.00 and you set your auto draft for $40.00. We would draw the $40.00 out and put into your KIT® account on the 15th to pay for you mailing. If we don't need the whole $40.00 you would have a credit of $1.00 left in your KIT® account.
The cutoff date is the 14th at noon every month. Your monthly letter will be mailed by the beginning of the next month. The 3-Touch letters will be mailed a couple of weeks after monthly letter.
The cutoff date is always the 14th at 12:00 noon every month. This means that all changes and contacts added to your database and your account funded by the 14th in order to mail the next month. If you don't have your KIT® account funded, you will not mail. If you have some money in your KIT® account, but not enough to do a full mailing, only a partial mail will go out. Partial mail means that if you are mailing 100 and only have enough money in your KIT account to pay for 50, then only the first 50 of the 100 will mail.
You can easily add your prospects, clients and friends and family to your contact list by using the control panel on the Contacts page. |
